1. What products are included on your web site?
  • This web site contains our ENTIRE catalog, including part numbers, sizes and suggested retail pricing. If you want our catalog for reference, please fill out form on website or contact our customer service department.
2. Do you accept online orders?
  • We accept on line orders. For the past 25yrs the dealers and distributors have supported our company. Today, with the advent of E-commerce business, we have made the commitment to you, the rider, to have the ability to purchase directly from us. We will continue to support our traditional channels of sales, the dealers and distributors by continuing to support them. To purchase our bags, contact your local dealer or process directly on our website.
3. How do I locate my local dealer?
  • You can visit your dealer where you purchased your bike from, that is a good place to start. Otherwise we do offer a search on the website using your zip code.
4. Will the bag I like fit my bike?
  • After viewing all of our styles, shapes and sizes, pick the one you like best. On each bag there is a mounting & installation page. Check the measurements listed for the bags you have chosen. Every bike is different, use our mounting and installation section as a reference guide only.
5. Will your bags fit over my seat, or can I hard mount them to my bike?
  • All of our bags are designed to be mounted over, or under the seat. Our bags can also be used with the quick release and hard mount products like Easy Brackets or our Universal Hard-Mount Kit.
6. Do you make bags for specific motorcycles?
  • We do not make specific bags for specific bikes. Our saddlebags are designed to universally fit most of the standard bikes on the market.
7. Do you offer other colors or customization?
  • We only offer our Standard Willie & Max Luggage in Black. Nor do we offer any type of customization to our bags. We do have our Semi-Custom Colors program that allows you to chose from 15 different colors for insert panels on selected bags.
8. Do you recommend and sell saddlebag supports?
  • We do recommend saddlebag supports or mounting bracket kits, such as our Universal Hard Mount/Support Kit or Easy Brackets, be used with our saddlebags. Please check our mounting bracket section. We do not sell model specific saddlebag supports.
9. What if there is a problem with my shipment? What should I do?
  • If you have any problem with your shipment, just sent an email from our customer service link at custserv@willieandmax.com. Please keep your paperwork that comes with your shipment, this will help us get the answers we might need to help you.
10. Can I track my own order?
  • At this time we do not have a direct link so tracking information is not offered on the web. However, if you need to get the actual tracking number you can either send us an email (referencing your order number) or give us a call.
11. Can I return an item I purchased?
  • Any item purchase from www.willieandmax.com can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping as long as it has not been damaged or modified. Sorry but we cannot accept any returns on items if past 30 days. Contact our customer service department for Return Authorization Number. Authorization number must be clearly displayed on outside of returned package. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization.
12. Are the dimensions listed inside bags or out side.
  • The dimensions we have listed for our Willie and Max bags are all outside dimensions.
