This is the product that started it all. Willie & Max has set the standard for synthetic leather saddlebags for the past 30 years. These traditionally styled bags offer high quality construction using synthetic leather allowing us to produce a wide variety of styles incorporating different trims, shapes, and even colors, in multiple sizes - choose one that fits your personal taste! The Traditional line gives you the most "bang for your buck" when considering your storage options for occasional use or travel. These bags easily install on your bike using a cross over yoke system, which once set up for your particular bike, allows you to easily remove the bags when you're cruising around town or just don't need the additional storage. We recommend using saddlebag supports (like the example in the photo made by MC Enterprises) to help keep the bag away from moving parts. You can also mount these bags with our universal hard mount kit p/n 58633-00 which will also stabilize the bags, but the process of removing the bags becomes more involved (the saddlebags will bolt to these mounts and directly to the bike). There is a full line of matched accessories to compliment the Traditional Line - tool pouches, tour trunks, and windshield bags. Introduced in 2008, the Revolution Line from Willie & Max changes the game for universal saddlebags! This line of saddlebags is made with the same high quality synthetic leather as our Traditional Line of products, or it is also offered in genuine saddle-grade cow leather. Compared to our Traditional Line, the Revolution Line offers a more contemporary style and shape to compliment today's cruisers. With the Revolution line you can choose between our robust hard mount system or a throw over yoke to simplify installation. These bags have thermoformed back panels, which if used with the hard-mount system, move the bag in closer to your rear fender, providing a more finished look. A limited line of tool pouches, tour trunks, and windshield bags are available to compliment your Revolution saddlebags.
